NTT DATA Global Services Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Our company") recognizes the importance of personal information (including specific personal information) and ensures protection and safeguarding of customer's personal information as the fundamental principle of its business and its responsibility to society. Accordingly, NTT DATA has established the following Personal Information Protection Policy, and ensures that all its Managers, employees, and business partners thoroughly understand and fully comply with the Policy.

The acquisition of Customer's Personal information shall be done after informing the customers of the purpose of use and obtaining consent for doing so, except when there is a possibility of damage to the rights or interests of customers or third parties. The acquired personal information will not be used apart from the intended purpose, and the information shall be handled appropriately within this scope.
2. Personal information collected by NTT DATA shall not be provided to third parties without prior consent of the customers, except as required by law or regulation. However, the personal information that can identify an individual shall not be shared with a third party even if prior consent is obtained from the customer, except as required by law or regulation.

If customers’ personal information is to be entrusted with authorized third parties, it will be done after establishing an appropriate protection standard for personal information, and NTT DATA shall select the recipient with great care and stipulate that they carefully follow the protection standards by having a formal contract with such a recipient and take necessary steps such as guidance and do proper management.

2. Procedure for Disclosure, Correction, Discontinuance of Use, etc. of Personal Information

The personal information possessed by NTT DATA will be promptly taken care of within reasonable extent in this regard.

4. Compliance with laws, regulations and other norms relating to personal information

NTT DATA's Managers, employees, and business partners who handle personal information shall comply with the laws, regulations, and guidelines and standards related to the protection of personal information and the privacy of communication.

5. Continuous improvement to the personal information protection management system

NTT DATA shall make continuous improvements to the Personal Information Protection Management System that is in place to ensure that the protection of personal information as determined by socially accepted norms is carried out effectively.

6. Inquiries and Point of contact related to handling of Personal Information

NTT DATA's customer service shall respond to inquiries promptly within a reasonable scope.
