Managed Service, launched in 2006, currently provides support to 10,000 users referring to Helpdesk support from Dalian, China. Our Global Delivery Model includes not only the Workplace but also applications. The data center service has also been scaled up in collaboration with NTT Group companies.

We have set up 15,000 VDI environments in Japan alone. We provide consistent managed services till operation management. Currently, we are extending L2 support for global-wide end users, and have started providing remote support mainly from global delivery centers such as Dalian, China and India.

We supported our client in standardizing global desk side support starting in Japan, and then rolling out to cover other countries, global wide. In addition to that, we have extended our services to Hi Touch Business services from trading room to data center and network operations.

We have a strong global team consisting of German consultants, Chinese developers, and Japanese management team members. We delivered Consulting and System development projects using SalesForce.com as a Global CRM platform, which template was initially developed in China, and then launched in Japan, the fifth largest market in the world.

We provide maintenance, operation, and development services using our global shared sourcing model for the ERP business system application & infrastructure, which targets our client's users at 50 global locations. We have achieved significant cost reductions through continous knowledge improvement and upskilling our team members.

CoE is established to strengthen APAC governance with Singapore and India members at the core. We provide Maintenance and Operation services for core systems mainly located in Singapore. With the rapid business expansion of our client in the APAC region, we are also supporting rollouts in countries such as Thailand, India, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
