Long term Partner

Managed Service, launched in 2006, currently provides support to 10,000 users referring to Helpdesk support from Dalian, China. Our Global Delivery Model includes not only the Workplace but also applications. The data center service has also been scaled up in collaboration with NTT Group companies.

We have set up 15,000 VDI environments in Japan alone. We provide consistent managed services till operation management. Currently, we are extending L2 support for global-wide end users, and have started providing remote support mainly from global delivery centers such as Dalian, China and India.

CoE is established to strengthen APAC governance with Singapore and India members at the core. We provide Maintenance and Operation services for core systems mainly located in Singapore.
